What Size Is Right For Me?
If you would like to treat your back and shoulders the tri-sectional variety is ideal. If you want to treat your stomach and lower back the rectangular version is more suitable.
How Do I Use the Linum Hot Pack?
Microwave:
- Warm for 2 minutes (600W) or 60 seconds (1000W).
- Massage the Linum to distribute the heat.
- Check the temperature.
- If desired temperature not achieved, heat for a further 30 seconds (600W) or 20 seconds (1000W).
- Massage and check again.
- Repeat above stages until desired temperature is reached.
Oven:
- Turn oven to 70°C.
- Heat for 4 - 6 minutes.
- Keep checking on pack.
- Remove from oven and massage to distribute heat.
- Repeat warming for 2 minutes at a time until desired temperature is reached.
