What Can the Thermal Replacement Insert Do to Help Me?
The Hottie Insert can be heated in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes and, heated correctly, will remain warm for up to four hours. It can then be inserted into a range of Hotties products, offering you long-lasting warmth and pain relief. When heated with care there is no reason the Hottie insert should need to be replaced, but if you do find its effectiveness has declined then it is easy to obtain a new one!

How Does the Hottie Work?
Hotties are thermal heat packs containing plant based material and water, which warms up when microwaved. As there are no water currents within the heat pack the transfer of energy from the centre of the pack to the outside takes longer, meaning it stays warmer for longer.
Is the Hottie Replacement Insert Safe to Use?
Yes, the Hottie is much safer than similar products. As Hottie contains no gels or seeds it will not explode or burst violently if over heated. The Replacement Packs are designed for use with Hottie branded covers or hot water bottle covers and should not be used on their own as this can lead to injury and burns.
