As well as having Raynaud's I suffer from RSI and one in particular is currently freezing up due to the cold weather and over typing. I have seen a difference in less than a week of using this gripper, which I also have been rolling my arm over to soothe the tightness. So good I'm buying another for my son who needs help with his hard grip. Highly recommend.
Bought this hand exerciser for a friend. She is extremely pleased with it. She has arthritis and Raynauds. She keeps the exerciser in her pocket so she can use it for a few minutes at intervals throughout the day. She finds it very useful and particularly likes that there was a choice of levels. She chose the light version. Very easy website to use and fast delivery. Highly recommended.
